Join Kat Beaudoin for the (Third Quarter) Frost Moon Sound Journey and enjoy a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. Kat uses simple rituals, crystal bowls, objects from nature, chimes, drums and rattles and other simple instruments to facilitate a journey into your inner self. Don't miss it!
Yoga mats, eye shades, blankets, and bolsters are available for your comfort.
