Our Monday & Tuesday evening classes may include one Friday evening and one day class on a Saturday & Sunday per month. October Term is slated to be a daytime class Monday & Tuesday and may include one Friday evening and one day class on a Saturday & Sunday per month.

Let us celebrate the return of the Light! Join me for a Winter Solstice Sound Bath at Zardus Holistic Wellness Center in Augusta.

Cost is $35 per person.

Yoga Mats, blankets, bolsters, eye shades are available; bring your own if you require extra floor padding.

Kat leads a heartfelt connection activity and uses myriad sound instruments to create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

Anyone with a history of brain injury should check in with medical professionals before participating.
